Shipping Costs & Returns

Shipping costs for orders placed in the online shop are EUR 4.90.

For orders in the online shop with a value of EUR 39 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Orders can only be delivered to an address in Germany.

In the event of cancellation or complaint, the goods must be returned within 14 days in accordance with the cancellation policy. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
